Suggested Use

Add coarsely ground coffee (1:15 ratio), pour hot water (93–96°C), stir, and steep for 4 minutes. Press plunger slowly and pour immediately.

Care Instructions

Hand wash all components with warm soapy water. Do not microwave or place in dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before storing.

I have no idea.

I honestly don’t know what happened. I sent this company an email, and so far no response. I purchased 3 frankincense and myrrh incense, and I only received 2, with one that I am assuming it’s a replacement for the 3 one that was not available. I am only assuming, as I have not heard from this company. In all honesty, the incense of frankincense and myrrh is really a great scent.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the repeated review requests; we understand how frustrating that must be. As a small family business celebrating our eighth anniversary this month, we strive to provide the best service possible, but unfortunately, our automated systems occasionally experience technical glitches.

Regarding your order, we were temporarily out of stock of the specific incense you requested. We sent an email regarding a substitution because we truly believed you would enjoy the alternative option, but we clearly missed the mark in our communication. We value your business and hope you can forgive this oversight. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make this right.

Great Experience

Really enjoyed my experience overall. The product quality, ordering process, and communication all felt thoughtful and well put together, and it’s clear there’s a lot of care behind the brand.

While browsing the site, I did notice a few broken image links and a couple areas where the experience could likely be tightened up a bit. I only mention it because I spend a lot of time working on operational systems, web applications, and user workflows myself, so those things tend to stand out to me.

Overall though, great experience and I’ll definitely be ordering again.
