I have no idea.

I honestly don’t know what happened. I sent this company an email, and so far no response. I purchased 3 frankincense and myrrh incense, and I only received 2, with one that I am assuming it’s a replacement for the 3 one that was not available. I am only assuming, as I have not heard from this company. In all honesty, the incense of frankincense and myrrh is really a great scent.

Great Experience

Really enjoyed my experience overall. The product quality, ordering process, and communication all felt thoughtful and well put together, and it’s clear there’s a lot of care behind the brand.

While browsing the site, I did notice a few broken image links and a couple areas where the experience could likely be tightened up a bit. I only mention it because I spend a lot of time working on operational systems, web applications, and user workflows myself, so those things tend to stand out to me.

Overall though, great experience and I’ll definitely be ordering again.
