Invigorate Essential Oil Blend
The Invigorate Blend is a combination of pure essential oils blended together to stimulate the body and mind, highly recommended for those who require energy, thus appropriately named "Invigorate".
Aromatic Influence: 100% pure, undiluted essential oils only, no carriers made with a blend of rosemary, juniper berry, juniper needle, silver fir needle, lemongrass, clove leaf, black pepper and nutmeg.
Here are some of the benefits of these super oils:
Himalayan Juniper Berry, which take 2-3 years to ripen, and Juniper Needle for the energetic qualities and EO are an established astringent, circulator stimulant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic, anti-toxic, nervine, anti-viral, anti-infectious, anti-arthritic, detoxifier, tonic and antirheumatic.
Silver fir needle added to the blend is antiphlogistic, antirheumatic, antiseptic, anti neuralgic, antiviral, antiscorbutic, deodorant, decongestant, diuretic, disinfectant, expectorant, stimulant, tonic and antifungal.
Clove Leaf essential oil is actually a stimulant when used sparingly. The clove aroma helps round out this blend with the added benefits of stimulation, pain relief, antibacterial, antifungal attributes.
Black Pepper essential oil which is unique in that it does not smell like black pepper. It has its own unique distilled scent which is considered invigoration and stimulating. Black pepper helps the circulatory system by warming the body and increasing blood flow. It also aids in digestion, encourages peristaltic movement and may stimulate appetite. Because of its analgesic properties, black pepper essential oil assists the musculoskeletal system by relieving aches and pains, sciatica and rheumatism. It also helps to overcome both mental and physical fatigue. It is reputed to be an aphrodisiac. Black pepper EO is also a digestive, diaphoretic, carminative, aperient, analgesic, anti-viral, antispasmodic, antirheumatic & antiarthritic, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-toxic, stomachic, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, diuretic, febrifuge, laxative, rubefacient, tonic to the nervous system.
Nutmeg essential oil, which has long been held in regard for its lively and antibacterial properties. In herbal medicine, Nutmeg is applied as a strong tonic and warming circulatory stimulant. In Tibetan medicine, it is prescribed for palpitations, anxiety, restlessness, agitation, depression, and other mental issues. The analgesic properties of Nutmeg contribute to the relaxation of muscles and sedation of the body. The oil is also effective for rheumatic pain, toothaches and bad breath. Nutmeg is analgesic, antiemetic, antioxidant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, carminative, emmenagogue, larvicidal, stimulant, tonic, rheumatoid arthritis, pain, anti-inflammatory and antidepressant essential oil which is a treasured herb with a plethora of health and essential oil is uplifting and helps in relieving muscle tension.
Directions for Use:
- Use 8-10 drops in a diffuser of your choice
- Dilute 1% to 3% in carrier oil for topical use
- Use in a steam bath
- Use diluted as massage oil
- Do not take essential oils internally*
- Do not apply to eyes, sensitive areas or mucous membranes
- Do not apply undiluted to skin (refer to an aromatherapy text)
