Order Processing & Availability

• Standard Handling Time: All online orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, provided all items are in stock.

• Item Availability: If an item in your order is unavailable, we will email you directly with potential substitution options. If a replacement isn't possible, we will issue a refund for the unavailable item and ship the remainder of your order.

Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all online orders over $65.00 (typically delivered via USPS Ground Advantage).

Temperature-Sensitive Items

• Perishable Handling: To ensure product quality, any order containing items requiring refrigeration will be shipped at the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday). This prevents packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.

Exclusions and Extra Fee Items

1. Sea Moss has a $3.50 fee on order for insulated bag and ice to protect from extreme temperatures, as well as nullifies the free shipping offer.
2. Some items that are Larger than our "normal" shipping boxes which are 8*4*4 and 10*7*5 or 12*4*4. are exempt from our free shipping option.
