Suggested Use

Ethiopian Berbere Lentil Stew
Ingredients:
1 cup red lentils
1 onion diced
1 tsp berbere spice
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Sauté onion in oil.
2. Add spices and toast lightly.
3. Add lentils, tomatoes, and broth.
4. Simmer 25 minutes.
