We are a small business committed to packing and shipping every order with care. Shipping charges are based on the products in your order, package size and weight, destination, and any special handling required.

Free Shipping

Qualifying orders over $65 may receive free standard shipping. Some products and orders are excluded because of their weight, size, brand requirements, temperature-control needs, or other special handling requirements.

Products with Shipping and Handling Fees

Fellow, Hario, and Tealyra products always incur a shipping and handling fee and are excluded from free-shipping offers. Large orders or orders that require multiple packages may also incur additional shipping charges.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Products that need to remain cool in transit may require insulated packaging, ice packs, and an additional cold-shipping charge, especially during warmer weather or when shipping to hotter climates. These products include, but are not limited to, sea moss gel, elderberry elixir, bitters, and tinctures.

Packaged Drinks

We do not ship packaged drinks. These items are available for local purchase only.

Additional Shipping Charges

If the amount collected at checkout does not cover the shipping or special-handling cost for your order, we may contact you before shipment with the additional amount due. You may approve and pay the additional charge, or decline it and cancel the affected order for a full refund.

International Orders

International shipping is offered on a limited basis. Availability and charges depend on the destination and the products ordered. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related charges.
