Ingredients

Borosilicate glass carafe, stainless steel filter basket, Fellow Stagg XF paper filters.

Suggested Use

Place filter in basket, add medium-fine ground coffee (1:15 ratio), and pour hot water (93–96°C) in slow, steady circles. Total brew time 3–4 minutes.

Care Instructions

Hand wash carafe and filter basket with warm soapy water. Do not microwave. Do not place in dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before storing.

I have no idea.

I honestly don’t know what happened. I sent this company an email, and so far no response. I purchased 3 frankincense and myrrh incense, and I only received 2, with one that I am assuming it’s a replacement for the 3 one that was not available. I am only assuming, as I have not heard from this company. In all honesty, the incense of frankincense and myrrh is really a great scent.

As a small family business celebrating our eighth anniversary this month, we strive to provide the best service possible, but unfortunately, our automated systems occasionally experience technical glitches.

Regarding your order, we were temporarily out of stock of the specific incense you requested. We sent an email regarding a substitution because we truly believed you would enjoy the alternative option, but we clearly missed the mark in our communication. Great Experience

Really enjoyed my experience overall. The product quality, ordering process, and communication all felt thoughtful and well put together, and it’s clear there’s a lot of care behind the brand.

While browsing the site, I did notice a few broken image links and a couple areas where the experience could likely be tightened up a bit. I only mention it because I spend a lot of time working on operational systems, web applications, and user workflows myself, so those things tend to stand out to me.

Overall though, great experience and I’ll definitely be ordering again.
