Ingredients

Suggested Use

Trim 1 cm of bark from one end to expose fresh fibers. Chew the tip gently to soften into bristles. Brush teeth in circular motions. Trim and refresh tip as needed.

Then chew on the tip until you can use the miswak like a kind of brush.Now you can start cleaning your teeth.
Brush each tooth individually and gently, without much pressure and always away from the gums.
