Suggested Use
For topical use, dilute with a carrier oil, such as jojoba or coconut oil, at a ratio of 2-3 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil. Massage into the desired area. For children, use a much lower dilution ratio, generally 1 drop of essential oil per 4 ounces of carrier oil. Always do a patch test before full application by placing a small amount of diluted oil on the inside of your elbow and waiting 24 hours to check for irritation.
When diffusing, start with 4-6 drops and increase as needed. Essential oils should not be ingested unless directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Pregnant or nursing individuals should consult with a healthcare provider before using essential oils.
Store essential oils in a cool, dark place, away from children and pets. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and seek professional advice. These oils are for external use only, and the information provided is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
