100% Natural Organic Whole Blue Egyptian Lotus Flower
Steep 2 Whole Flowers or use 2g Ground Flowers per 1 cup hot water (240g).
Steep 5-10 minutes.
Add honey, sugar, stevia or sweetener of choice. Do not exceed 3 Cups per day.
