Apply about 20 quick sprays liberally to clean unbroken skin of torso, legs, and arms. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes. It is normal to experience a tingling sensation during initial use. After application, you may notice a slight salt-like mineral residue when the solution dries. This is normal. Rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes, if desired.

Magnesium experience

I started to use this magnesium spray about two weeks ago. I applied it under my feet right after a shower before bed and within 45 minutes I’m ready to sleep I’m relaxed I’m calm and I wake up with so much energy. It’s work with what time of the day you use it. In the morning it will give you energy. If you have a headache with a couple of sprays behind the neck it goes away with a few minutes. And if it’s time to sleep it will relax you. Im super pleased with the magnesium spray. I can back and bought to more one for my grandmother for her chronic joint pains which is working for her since I’ve been spraying her and one for my mother for her hit pains.
